3yr old male Boxer breathing problems
I have 3yr old male Boxer, the last few times i have taken him out for a run, which involves him roming off in the bush not made to chase the car, he has come back and colapsed, finding it hard to breath, then pants like there is no tomorrow with in 20mins he back to him self.

Initally, it does sound like there could be a problem with the heart. As symptoms do go hand in hand with these type of conditions. Boxers are prone to dilated cardiomyopathy, basically meaning a enlarged heart. This is something to mindful of, so I would get to your vet ASAP to hopefully discredit this. Now, I dont want to startle or scare you ? but do keep him quite until you see your vet. Just to be safe. This could be all completly wrong, as I am not a vet ? but I think its good to play things safe until your boy gets the all clear. Good luck.
