Q: My husky died from a epiliptic fit a week ago

hi, my husky died from a epiliptic fit a week ago at 3 yrs. we also have a beagle 4 yrs, and she is so sad, she wont eat and just sleeps all the time, its so hard to see. should we get her a playmate or not?

I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your Husky. In your Beagles current state - she may or may not reject a new brother or sister. I suggest you focus on trying to up lift your Beagles sprits before introducing a new pup. Try lots of environmental enrichment, bundles of love, and look in to 'Rescue Remedy' which is a flower extract used to relieve depression and anxiety in humans and pets.
