American Bulldog really scared

I have a 6 month old Bulldog bitch. When I got her 6 weeks ago she was really scared and kept her head down and near our feet. Still does, but now she snaps at people in the streets tries attacking other animals and i dont wanna risk her hurting a little kid. How can I help her? I been told it could be fear aggresion or something.

I agree, it does sound like fear biting. It's really important that you socialise her daily with dogs and people, and get yourselves in to group training classes. As you have only had her for 6 weeks I am quite confident that with some work and patience she will grow out of this stage. When you introduce her to new people and dogs do make a point of explaining that she does have some fear aggression and that you are trying to work with her. In a dog park scene or similar you will find that people can be quite responsive and helpful if you explain this to them.
