Jumping Labrador

I have a 7mth old female labrador, she jumps up on everyone and is becoming a problem because she's so worked up it takes alot to calm her down

Ahh yes, the case of the jumping Labrador. haha! Would I be correct in guessing she tends to do this more so when you arrive home? You must simply ignore her on your arrival home each day, and literally spin on your axes when she attempts a jump. Swiftly turn around when she jumps and walk away. Good luck!
