Boxer 7 months pees on bed

Hello, first of all thank you for answering my qustions. I have a 7 month old male boxer and whenever he gets in the bed he pees just a little bit, I am wondering why he is doing this. It just recently started I am not understanding this at all. I dont like washing my covers and mattress two times a day. please HELP ME!!! I am at a loss.

Does he pee anywhere else? I highly doubt he would be peeing on purpose, particularly on his own bed. I tend to think it will be more so a muscle or bladder issue. When he lies down in bed, his body relaxes - but it should relax to the point that he 'leaks'. haha. There is a very small chance he might be marking his territory, although I would tend towards it being a medical problem. Suggest a phone call to the vet to see what they think.
