Is my dog pregnant? She seems to have milk

my dog was on heat and she would not let the male mate her it has now been 4 weeks and she seams to have milk ,just wondering what could be some other signs as to if she was pregnant we did not see them lock at all,and she would just sit down when he tried so i dont know how she could but it is strange that she has milk

It's not rare for some bitches to have phantom pregnancies, and produce milk. Either way you wont be able to tell what is what unless you take you girl to the vet for a ultra sound. It's the only way to tell in the early weeks.
