What you feed your dog defiantly effects what comes out the rear end. Firstly, you need to see the vet to check that there is no underlying medical issues. Secondly, investing in good quality dog food is at the top of your list. Cheaper brands of food can create more waste in your dogs bowl movements and they wont necessarily be getting the nutrients required. I would look at a good quality dry food from your vet such as science diet, IAMS etc. Then look at some fresh meat to go with evening meals. Try adding a little raw egg to your dogs diet to soften things up, every couple of days.
