Dog barking at our Neighbours

We have recently moved into a new home. Both of our dogs ahve not taken to the neighbours on one side. Everytime the neighbour is in his garden my two tear out there and bark incessantly. We seem to be getting it under control when we are home but when we are not the continue with this behaviour. Can you please provide any advice?

I think the best way to control nuisance barking when you are not at home is with the use of a citronella collar. On of my most fav dogs was barking a lot at home in-between her walks with me and her owners returning home in the evening. They invested in a good quality citronella collar and with in a few days the problem was over. Although, do note that the cheaper collars are just a waste of money.
