The Responsibility cont

I spoke with RSPCA Australia today. They very kindly gave me their time, to explain my concept. Although it seems they will not be able to help as their stand is for no sales of pets with in pets shops. Which is a great idea, but will it ever happen? Will the government ever agree to practically shutting down a multi-million dollar industry? It's not everyone in the business that are doing the wrong thing, it's only a few. So why punish those that are trying to do the right thing by the animals? Why not just put some simple standards and guidelines in place, so those who are do the right thing can profit and grow, and the ones doing the wrong, will fail? The more I think about it, the more I believe I am on the right track.
